Josef Kadhila

Josef Kadhila, CAMS, currently serves as the Principal Compliance Analyst at the Bank of Namibia since May 2024. Previously, Josef was a Trustee for the NAMFISA Provident Fund from October 2022 to May 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing fund management, member communication, benefit structure, investments, and ancillary benefits. From September 2015 to May 2024, Josef held a specialist role as a Compliance Officer at NAMFISA, focusing on AML/CFT/CPF compliance across various financial institutions. Prior experience includes roles as an Accountant at Ohlthaver & List from March 2015 to August 2015 and an Auditor at Grand Namibia from January 2013 to February 2014, executing statutory audits and providing financial statement compilations. Josef holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Compliance from the University of Johannesburg and a Bachelor of Accounting Honours from the University of Namibia, along with several short courses on blockchain, cybercrime, and fraud risk management from prestigious institutions.
