Paula Willett

Paula Willett, CRCM, has 38 years of banking experience, with the last 12 focused on community development. Currently serving as AVP and CRA/HMDA Compliance Specialist Lead at Bank of Oklahoma since January 2012, Paula has a background encompassing roles in regulatory consulting and compliance. Previous positions include Vice President of Community Development at Central Bank of Kansas, where significant grant applications were written, resulting in funding for community projects, and Vice President/CRA Officer at Bank Midwest, where Paula ensured compliance with lending regulations. As a volunteer and past Chair of the KC CASH Coalition, Paula contributed to community tax assistance efforts. Additionally, Paula served on the Board of Trustees for Donnelly College, promoting its mission, and began a career as a Bank Examiner for the State of Missouri. Educational background includes a BSBA in Economics from the University of Central Missouri.
