David Rusch

David Rusch is an experienced banking professional currently serving as Senior Vice President of Retail Banking at Bank of Utah since January 2016, where responsibilities include leading retail banking functions, developing service delivery, and ensuring operational compliance. Prior to this role, Rusch held the position of Vice President and Regional Sales Manager at Zions Bank from February 2007 to December 2015, focusing on employee training and strategic sales planning. Earlier in their career, Rusch managed store operations as a Store Manager at Wells Fargo from July 1997 to February 2007 and gained retail management experience as a Training Store Manager at KB Toys from October 1985 to June 1997.
