Ashley Heird

Ashley Heird serves as the Executive Managing Director of Talent Management and HR Technology at Bank OZK since January 2023. Previously, Ashley worked at Citi from January 2017 to December 2022 as the HR Shared Services Global Head, overseeing a global team of 600 in recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management, and also held the position of Chief Administrative Officer for HR Shared Services in North America. Ashley's extensive experience includes senior roles at Bloomin' Brands, Integrated Insight, Inc., Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and The Walt Disney Company, contributing to areas such as HR operations, compensation strategy, project management, and business intelligence. Education includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in Finance from SMU Cox School of Business.
