Ben Fears

Ben Fears, CRISC, CDPSE, currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Technology Governance at Bank OZK, a role commenced in June 2018 after a promotion from IT Business Risk Officer. In this capacity, Ben oversees technology-related operational risks and manages a team focused on various areas including Information Technology, Information Security, and Vendor Management. Ben's prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President and Deputy Director of Information Technology - Risk Management at Bank OZK, as well as internal roles at BancorpSouth such as Internal Information Technology Audit Officer and Information Services Security Analyst. Ben holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Business from Itawamba Community College, obtained between 2003 and 2005.
