Karen Ruckle

Karen Ruckle is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer and Managing Director of Compliance at Bank OZK since June 1999. Previously, Karen held the role of Director of Compliance at the same institution and worked as a Consultant at DD&F Consulting Group for a year. Prior to that, Karen was a Compliance Officer at INTRUST Bank from 1990 to 1998 and served as a Bank Examiner at the FDIC from 1985 to 1990. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Northwest Missouri State University, earned between 1981 and 1985.
