Jeroen Steenbergen

Jeroen Steenbergen serves as the SVP and Global Head of Operations Transformation at First Abu Dhabi Bank since September 2023. Previously, Jeroen held various senior positions at Standard Chartered Bank from October 2018 to September 2023, including Head of CCIB Operational Excellence Ways of Working and Executive Director for Group Transformation & Operational Excellence, focusing on improving client journeys in transaction banking and wealth management. Prior experience includes leading the Corporate Banking practice in ASEAN at Accenture and managing consulting teams at BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking, where Jeroen oversaw project and change management across APAC and the Netherlands. Jeroen began a career in management consulting at KPMG, focusing on business process improvement and project management. Jeroen holds a postgraduate degree in IT auditing from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Master of Science in Economics & Information Technology from the University of Twente.
