Alison Tyler

Alison Tyler is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong focus on employee engagement, training and development, and cultural initiatives. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at BankPlus since August 2017, Alison collaborates strategically to enhance workplace motivation and engagement. Prior to this role, Alison held the position of PEOPLE FIRST Director at HORNE LLP, managing talent management and cultural change initiatives, and overseeing various HR functions. From 2006 to 2015, Alison served as Director of Human Resources at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi, where responsibilities included employee relations, corporate recruiting, and employee wellness programs. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Southern Colorado and additional studies at the University of Southern Mississippi.
