Debbie Greig is an experienced professional in business assurance, change management, and learning and development, currently serving as Senior Manager Business Assurance and Change at Bankwest since November 2014. Previous roles include Associate Director at Peoplematters Limited, Training Lead Consultant at Swire Oilfield Services, and Director at Prac2coll Solutions Limited. With a strong background in improving business performance and employee engagement, Debbie also held various positions at Lloyds Banking Group, Tesco Bank, and Royal Bank of Scotland, focusing on training and change implementation. Educational qualifications include recent studies at AGSM @ UNSW Business School and multiple certifications in financial planning and training practice.
