Cindy Purcell

Cindy Purcell has extensive experience in the banking industry, currently serving as the EVP Chief Strategy & Administration Officer at Banner Bank since 2000. In this role, Cindy leads strategic planning and advancement while overseeing the Community Banking Division, Centralized Business Banking team, Marketing, Operations, Digital Banking, CRA, and Facilities. Previously, as Executive Vice President of Retail Banking & Administration, Cindy managed a regional banking franchise of 137 branches in the Pacific Northwest, focusing on consumer and small business banking. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at Inland Empire Bank from 1984 to 1999. Cindy has completed advanced education at the ABA Graduate School of Investments and Financial Management and the ABA National Commercial Lending School, as well as the Retail Banking Academy.
