Charles Osborn

Charles Osborn has over two decades of experience in the software engineering field, currently working at Banner Engineering since February 1999. Prior to this role, Charles Osborn served as a technician at EF Johnson from August 1994 to October 1995. Charles Osborn holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas, earned between 2011 and 2014, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, completed from 1992 to 1995.
