Haifeng Xiao

Haifeng Xiao is a Senior Development Engineer in R&D at Banner Engineering since June 2012, specializing in the development of novel triangulation sensors, Time-of-flight sensors, and machine vision cameras. Prior to this role, Haifeng served as a Signal Processing Engineer at Banner Engineering, also focusing on sensor development. Haifeng's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where a research assistantship involved a study on the blind recognition of modulation schemes for software-defined radio, funded by the US Army CERDEC. Haifeng has also held positions as a teaching assistant and instructor for microprocessor laboratory courses. Education includes a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
