Isaac McCarney

Isaac McCarney is an experienced industrial engineer currently employed at Banner Engineering, where responsibilities have included roles as an Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Design Engineer, Associate Manufacturing Design Engineer, and Engineering Intern since May 2020. Prior involvement includes serving as a Minnesota Student Association Representative with the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers from May 2019 to April 2021, and a Floor Supervisor and Floor Staff member at Cinemagic Theatres from May 2018 to May 2020. Isaac also launched and operated McCarney Lawn Care from May 2017 to August 2019, establishing a lawn service company while in high school. Early work experience includes a position as a Sandwich Artist at Subway in 2016. Isaac earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Minnesota between 2017 and 2021, following an Honors General Diploma from Mayo Senior High School in 2017.
