Tom Johnson

Tom Johnson is a seasoned operations management professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering. Currently serving as a Sr. Operations Manager at Banner Engineering since October 2022, Tom previously held various leadership roles at 3M, including Sr. Manufacturing Supervisor, Plant Engineering General Supervisor, Production Supervisor, and technical positions such as Electrical Systems Technician and Mechanical Systems Technician. Tom’s career began as a Robotics Engineering Technician at Water Gremlin Company, followed by positions that emphasized automation and maintenance in several organizations, including Schott Corporation and MidCom Inc. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's degree in Industrial Electronics Technology from Lake Area Technical College.
