Ayman AbdelFattah is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in the hospitality sector, currently serving as Cluster Director - Finance at Banyan Tree Group since November 2023. Ayman previously held the position of Area Director of Finance at Caesars Palace Dubai from August 2018 to November 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple properties and establishing business growth in the Middle East. Prior roles include Vice President Operations for Hakkasan Group and Area Director of Finance for Al Khozama Management Company, where Ayman played a key role in launching new hospitality divisions and ensuring financial sustainability. Ayman’s career began with financial controller positions at Movenpick Hotels and Al Khozama Hotel Riyadh, following a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Ain Shams University.
