Rene Morago-Barton

Rene Morago-Barton is an experienced professional currently serving as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since July 2017, focusing on helping veterans achieve their goals. In addition, Rene has been a Mental Health Therapist with Baptist Health Care since May 2016 and previously worked as a Counselor at Pathways For Change for a brief period in early 2016. Prior experience includes serving as a Counseling Intern at West Florida Community Care Center and holding the position of Paralegal at Locklin & Saba, P.A. from August 2011 to May 2014. Rene's foundational experience includes military service as a Marine Administrator in the United States Marine Corps from September 1996 to March 2002. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Clinical, Counseling and Applied Psychology from Troy University and a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law Studies from the University of West Florida.
