Headquartered on the outskirts of the capital city of Bridgetown at 1 Culloden Road, St. Michael, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of Barbados comprises the Foreign Affairs Division, the Foreign Trade Division, Overseas Missions, Consulates and Honorary Consulates. The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade is Senator the Hon. Jerome Walcott. Permanent Secretary, Ms. Simone Rudder, is the chief foreign policy advisor to the Minister and administers the business of the Foreign Affairs Division. Ms. Kay Sealy is the chief foreign trade advisor to the Minister in the Ministry of Foreign Trade Hon. Sandra Husbands, and administers the work of the Foreign Trade Division.
