Samuel Espinal Murillo

Samuel Espinal Murillo is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in HR management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources Services at the Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal) since July 2016, Samuel is responsible for comprehensive personnel management and labor relations, ensuring alignment with the Human Resources for Researchers (HRS4R) principles. Prior to ISGlobal, Samuel held the position of HR Manager at the Centre de Recerca en Epidemiologia Ambiental (CREAL) from November 2010 to June 2016, where responsibilities included team motivation, policy implementation, and labor relations management. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Montesa Honda S.A. and as a Selection Technician at Manpower.
