Mateo Valero

Mateo Valero is a distinguished academic and director with extensive experience in the fields of supercomputing and telecommunications. Serving as the Director at both BSC and the Barcelona Supercomputing Center since March 2004, Mateo Valero has played a pivotal role in advancing computing technologies. Additionally, Mateo Valero has been a Professor at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya since 1974, contributing significantly to education and research in telecommunications. Mateo Valero holds a Telecommunication Engineering degree from Madrid (1974) and a PhD in Telecommunications from Barcelona (1980).
