Carmen Nicole Smith

Carmen Nicole Smith currently serves as the Director of Visa and Immigration Services at Bard College, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Carmen was the Student Mobility Manager at Open Society University Network from August 2022 to August 2024, overseeing a multilateral study abroad program.
