Claudette Mejia-Aldebot, MPS, CPC, currently serves as the Dean of Inclusive Excellence at Bard College, where responsibilities include leading the Council on Inclusive Excellence and coordinating diversity initiatives across campus. Prior roles at Bard include Director of The Office of Equity & Inclusion Programs and Associate Director of Bard Educational Opportunity Programs, focusing on developing and overseeing programs for high-achieving, low-income students. Previously, Claudette worked at New York Life Insurance Company as a Senior Associate of Marketing & Recruiting, concentrating on Latino market recruitment and support. Experience also includes serving as Residence Director at SUNY New Paltz, with responsibilities in staff training, budget management, and student support, and as an Adjunct Professor in the Black Studies Department. Claudette holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership/Social Justice from Northeastern University and a Master's in Social Justice Educational Studies from SUNY New Paltz, along with various other qualifications.
