Jeannette Estruth

Jeannette Estruth is an Assistant Professor of History at Bard College since September 2019, also serving as a Faculty Associate at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University and a Visiting Scholar at The American Academy of Arts and Sciences, both since 2018. Estruth held the J. Franklin Jameson Fellowship in American History at the John W. Kluge Center at the Library of Congress and the American Historical Association from September 2021 to September 2022. Previous roles include Dissertation Fellow in History at The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation (2017-2019) and Dissertation Fellowship in Business and Politics at The Miller Center and Hagley Library (2016-2017). Estruth was a Doctoral Candidate at New York University from 2011 to 2017, and previously served as Associate Editor for The Radical History Review at Duke University and Editorial Assistant at Harvard University Press. Estruth's academic journey began with a Bachelor's degree in History and Spanish from Vassar College, followed by a Doctorate in American History from New York University.
