As vice president for enrollment management, registrar Gadsby is responsible for institutional analysis and assessment and focuses on the quality of the student academic experience, broadly conceived.
He works with faculty committees and the offices of Admission, Dean of Students, and academic deans to address topics such as the quality of the first- and second-year experience, effectiveness of academic advising and moderation and senior project experience, and cohort survival analysis.
