BARE Magazine
Macie Calvert is a dedicated professional with a strong background in creative direction and marketing, currently serving as External Vice President and Creative Director at imagiCal since September 2022, where Macie led the team to first place at the National Student Advertising Competition for Tide. Macie has also held positions as a Creative Consultant for UC Berkeley's marketing team, a Project Manager at CMG Strategy Consulting, and is involved with various companies such as Walmart Connect as a Client Solutions Intern, BARE Magazine on the editorial staff, and several other consulting and marketing roles. Macie is pursuing education at the University of California, Berkeley, following a high school diploma from Monte Vista High School.

BARE Magazine is UC Berkeley’s premier arts, fashion, and lifestyle publication. Since the magazine’s debut in 2007, BARE has gained prominence on campus as well as national coverage in publications such as The New York Times and Teen Vogue. BARE publishes an all-color print publication once a semester, as well as the highly popular BARE blog, which receives over 19,000 unique readers monthly and was nominated for the Best Blogger award in the 2009 San Francisco Fashion Awards. The emerging pool of talent at UC Berkeley is something BARE takes immense pride in—the platform is entirely student-run and produced.
