Madeleine Basso has extensive work experience in various sales and leadership roles within the aerospace industry. Madeleine started their career at B/E Aerospace in 1995, where they served as a Program Administrator and led various teams in Lean Manufacturing and ERP implementation. Madeleine also supported current and legacy products from several aerospace companies. In 2000, they joined Aérospatiale as a Regional Sales Director, and later moved to European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company as a Sales Director. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Sales Director at Sabena technics.
