Aija Maddocks

Aija Maddocks is a skilled People, Talent & Change Specialist with significant experience in recruitment and consulting. Currently employed at Baringa since April 2021, Aija has previously held senior roles at Fox Rodney from July 2016 to August 2020 and RedLaw Recruitment from November 2014 to June 2016. Earlier career experience includes a position as Associate Consultant at Michael Page from September 2013 to October 2014. Aija holds an MA in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford, completed in 2013, and has foundational education from Godolphin and Latymer and St Helen’s School.
