Michael Wilde is the Global Head of Workplace and Facilities at Baringa, a management consultancy focusing on energy, financial services, telecoms, and media since May 2023. Previously, Michael served as the ISS Property and Facilities Function Director and Workplace Projects Director for the UK and Ireland at ISS Facility Services UK, fostering workplace experience solutions. Prior experience includes leading global facilities and operations at Charles Russell Speechlys LLP, serving as Principal Contracts Manager at CMS UK, and holding various roles in facilities management at Tishman Speyer, 3i Group plc, PwC, and Williams Lea.
