Sarah Lucas

Sarah Lucas is a seasoned professional in human capital and talent management, currently serving as Manager for People, Talent and Change at Baringa since October 2023. Prior to this role, Sarah held positions including Human Capital Consultant at PA Consulting from June 2019 to October 2023, and HR Business Partner at Equiniti from September 2017 to June 2019, where responsibilities included managing TUPE transfers and supporting growth strategies.
