Leah B.

Leah B. is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in accounting policy and internal controls, currently serving as Senior Director of Accounting Policy, Internal Controls and Audit Oversight at Barings since 2014. Leah has held various leadership positions at Barings, including Director of Accounting Policy for Transaction Services and Investment Accounting, Director of Accounting Policy for Consolidations and Partnership Accounting, and Associate Director of Accounting Policy. Prior to Barings, Leah worked as an Assurance Associate at PwC from 2009 to 2013, specializing in auditing within the financial services group focused on real estate and private equity.
