Melodie Saunders

Melodie Saunders, SPHR, currently serves in Global Talent Management at Barings since February 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Talent Business Advisor and Performance Management Leader at Deloitte from February 2018 to February 2021, and Director of Family Office Human Resources & Administration at Cox Enterprises from October 2012 to December 2017. Melodie also held positions at Deloitte from August 2004 to October 2012 as Talent Manager and Human Resources Intern. Melodie is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
