Mina Pacheco Nazemi

Mina Pacheco Nazemi currently serves as Head and Managing Director of Diversified Alternative Equity at Barings, a role held since January 2018 after the transition from Aldea Capital Partners, where Mina was Founder and Managing Partner from October 2016 to December 2017. Additionally, Mina is a Fellow in Global Finance Leaders at The Aspen Institute since 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Partner and Executive Consultant at GCM Grosvenor following its acquisition of Credit Suisse's Customized Fund Investment Group, where Mina was also a Partner from May 2007 to December 2013. Previous roles include Investment Associate in Private Equity at GE Asset Management and Fellowship at the Robert Toigo Foundation. Mina holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from Stanford University.
