Sara Ying Henriques has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Sara started their career at Sagicor Bank Jamaica Ltd. as a Manager of Fixed Income Securities in 2012. Sara then moved to Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited in 2020, where they worked as the AVP of Group Treasury & Asset Management Operations. Later in the same year, Sara joined Barita Investments Limited as the Head of Operations.
Sara Ying Henriques completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from the University of Technology, Jamaica. Sara attended this program from 2007 to 2009. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and International Business from the same institution. Sara completed their BBA from 2001 to 2005.

Founded in 1977 by Rita Humphries-Lewin, Barita Investments Limited has the distinction of being the oldest stock broking company in Jamaica. The Barita Group which is now made up of Barita Investments Limited and Barita Unit Trusts Management Company Limited, continues to experience a growth in demand for its products and services.
