Benjamin Sobel is a professional with extensive experience in customer engagement and automation. At BARK since November 2016, Benjamin has held multiple leadership roles, including Robotic Process Automation Designer and Customer Experience and Automations Lead, while managing a team of 10-15 agents to ensure high-quality work and well-being. Previous experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center within the Stress and Health Lab, and holding the position of Social Media Manager and Vice President for the Ohio State University Bowling Program, where Benjamin focused on digital outreach and fundraising. Benjamin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
