Rachel Cone-Gorham has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rachel began their career in 2003 as a freelancer, focusing on public relations, marketing, and business development. Rachel then worked at 5W Public Relations as an Account Executive and later as a Senior Account Executive from 2005 to 2006. Rachel then joined KBS (kirshenbaum bond senecal + partners) as an Account Supervisor from 2006 to 2008, and later as an Account Director from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they joined WE Communications as a Senior Account Director. Rachel then joined Night Agency and held the position of Director of Communications from 2011 to 2012, and then served as the Director of Digital & Social Engagement from 2012 to 2013. Rachel subsequently joined Penguin Random House as the Director of Digital & Social Marketing from 2013 to 2016, and later as the Executive Director of Consumer Marketing from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, Rachel held the role of President & Literary Agent at RXD Agency, and also worked as the VP of Creative Strategy & Brand Marketing at BARKER. Most recently, they co-founded Oree in 2021 and served as a Co-Founder from January 2021 to June 2022.

Rachel Cone-Gorham attended Syracuse University and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Textual Studies in 2003.
