Damir Martis has extensive experience in quality management, currently serving as the Quality Manager and Head of Management Systems at Bürkert Fluid Control Systems since October 2004. In this role, Damir oversees the maintenance of multiple certified management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating audits, conducting system audits for new suppliers, and training internal auditors and employees on process descriptions. Additionally, Damir coordinates safety managers across all German and international sites and acts as a speaker for the Human Rights Office. Prior to this, Damir worked as a Quality Manager at BDG GmbH, where the focus was on implementing ISO 9001 certified Quality Management systems.
