JT has been a change agent for exceptional quality and the transformation of healthcare to a patient-centered, value-driven approach. He is a mission-driven leader with expertise in translating vision and desired outcomes into strategic and financial plans and engaging key stakeholders in the successful implementation.

JT earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana State University and an MBA from the University of Southern Indiana.
