Danielle Ambrogio

Danielle Ambrogio possesses extensive experience in global compensation and total rewards management, demonstrated through progressive roles at prominent companies. At Barnes from June 2022 to April 2025, Danielle served as Senior Manager, overseeing global merit planning and variable pay processes, and previously held managerial positions in global compensation and total rewards. Prior experience includes serving as Compensation Manager for North America at Wunderman Thompson from August 2020 to July 2021, as well as several roles at HARMAN International from January 2016 to August 2020, where responsibilities included job analysis, job description drafting, and the utilization of compensation data analysis tools. Academically, Danielle holds a Master’s degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Wake Forest University.
