Greg Kemenah

Greg Kemenah, MBA, serves as the Regional Engineering Director for Force & Motion Control at Barnes since February 2025. Prior to this role, Kemenah was the Head of Product Management & Product Development at Bil-Jax from November 2021 to February 2025 and the Principal Owner of Raider Strategy & Consulting L.L.C. from February 2020 to February 2025, delivering strategies for various market segments including global product lines in glass technology. Kemenah’s notable experience at Guardian Industries spanned nearly a decade, where significant contributions included launching and leading the Vacuum IG product line, managing product development for insulating glass, and executing business development strategies across various glass product lines. Earlier roles included management positions at Brady Corporation and Owens Corning, focusing on growth strategies and operational efficiency through innovative initiatives. Kemenah holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan and both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Toledo.
