Jen Jenkins

Jen Jenkins is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People Experience at Barnett Waddingham since June 2023. Jenkins has an extensive background in human resources, having held various management and leadership roles at Superdry from August 2011 to July 2022, including Head of People - Group Functions and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Previous experience includes positions at NFU Mutual, Vertex Data Science, Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service, TDA, Hilton Hotels, Graham Paul Chartered Accountants, and Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd. Jenkins holds a Joint English & History BA Hons Degree from the University of Gloucestershire, and has pursued further education at Worcester College of Technology, Swansea Metropolitan University, and Bridgend College.
