Regina Penn has a robust background in the cosmetics and fragrance industry, currently serving as the Cosmetic & Fragrance Manager at Barneys New York since August 2015. Prior to this role, Regina held the position of Prestige Manager at ULTA Beauty from October 2014 to August 2015. Regina's experience also includes working with Bobbi Brown Cosmetics as a Sales and Education Coordinator from 2007 to 2014, and earlier at Nordstrom as an Assistant Department Manager from 2002 to 2006.
