Donna McDaniel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and military operational management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Barone Consulting since November 2023, McDaniel previously held the position of Principal Subject Matter Expert of Joint/Multi-Domain Operations at LinQuest from August 2022 to November 2023. From October 2018 to August 2022, McDaniel was the Director of Operations at TTC, Inc., and served as Program Manager at Miracle Systems in Washington DC from September 2016 to October 2018. McDaniel’s earlier career includes a notable role as a Senior Military Analyst at P3I, where responsibilities included managing an approximate $57 million annual budget for AOC/AFFOR programs, and as Program Manager at Teledyne Brown CollaborX, managing contracts that generated significant revenue. Additionally, McDaniel served as Chief of Air Operations Center Training in the United States Air Force from January 2004 to November 2006. McDaniel's educational background includes attendance at Troy University and Washburn University of Topeka.
