Martin Bevis

Martin Bevis is an experienced geologist with a Master's degree in Geological and Earth Sciences from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Whitman College. Currently employed at Barr Engineering Co. since May 2017, Martin specializes in industrial remediation and site characterization projects. Previous roles include geologist positions at Lake Superior Consulting and WSP in the USA, where responsibilities encompassed geological mapping, stream channel remediation, and groundwater monitoring among other tasks. Additionally, Martin has research experience as a research assistant focused on sediment budgets and has held various positions that emphasize environmental education and fieldwork, including roles as a carpenter and interpretive guide.
