Charo Compton

Charo Compton currently serves as Franchise Operations Manager and Digital Lead Instructor at barre3, after holding multiple roles including Studio Experience Manager and barre3 Instructor at various locations. Prior experience includes serving as a Tax Accountant at TEGNA and an Experienced Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, with a focus on tax compliance and financial services. Charo was also a prominent member of the Washington Redskins as an NFL Cheerleader and Captain, representing the team at the 2015 Pro Bowl. Charo began a successful career in finance as a Staff Accountant and Tax Associate before transitioning fully into fitness and operations. Charo holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.
