Kevin Annett

Kevin Annett is an accomplished finance executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for North America at Barrick Gold Corporation since July 2015. Annett has held various roles in the company, including Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and Director of Integrated Planning and Optimization, as well as Site CFO for Hemlo Operations. Prior to joining Barrick Gold, Annett worked at Detour Gold Corporation as a Senior Accountant overseeing operations at the Detour Lake gold mine and as Project Controller for capital expenditures. Annett's earlier experience includes a role as Project Controller at Amec Americas Ltd. for the Picadilly Expansion Project for Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan. Annett holds multiple advanced education credentials, including completion of the Advanced Management Program from The Wharton School in 2023, and programs from Harvard Business School, the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, and CGA Canada, alongside a BBA with First Class Honours from the University of New Brunswick.
