Arnaud Marchal has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Arnaud most recently worked at Groupe Barrière as the Deputy Director of Revenue Management Pricing & Distribution, where they played a key role in implementing organized processes, creating a new pricing policy and promotion strategy, and optimizing revenue through distribution strategies. Prior to this, they worked as the Revenue & Reservations Manager at Hotel & Ryads Barrière Le Naoura Marrakech, where they focused on revenue optimization and monitoring key metrics. Arnaud also held positions at Hivernage Collection, The Pearl Marrakech, and Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, where they gained experience in ecommerce, revenue management, and coordinating revenue-related activities. Arnaud began their career at Marriott International and Hotel des trois vallées, Perseus Group, where they underwent training in revenue management, strategy, and accounting.
Arnaud Marchal obtained a Baccalauréat degree in Scientific studies from Fabert in 2007. Arnaud then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management, specializing in Revenue Management and Finance Real Estate, from the Glion Institute of Higher Education, which they completed in 2011.
