Lea Wormser has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Lea started their career in 2012 as a Trainee in the Food and Beverage department at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. In 2013, they worked as a Trainee in Sales and Digital Marketing at FRANCOIS PAYARD. From 2015 to 2018, they served as a Corporate Sales Specialist EMEA/APAC at The Leading Hotels of the World. Since 2018, they have been working at Barrière, initially as a Sales Manager for Leisure in France, Monaco, UK, Scandinavia, and Wellness. Lea then advanced to the role of Sales Manager for Leisure high-end, wellness, and golf in Europe, and currently holds the position of Sales Director for Europe - Leisure.
Lea Wormser attended Glion Institute of Higher Education from 2011 to 2015, where they completed the LRG Program with a focus on Finance. Lea also obtained a Double Bachelor's degree in Finance, with a general field of study, from the same institution.
