Lise Massong's work experience starts in 2006 as a Junior Purchaser & Project Coordinator at Alcatel-Lucent. Lise then worked as a Junior Purchaser at TOTAL for a year, followed by a role as a Technical Purchaser at Sanofi. From 2010 to 2014, Lise was a Purchasing Executive at Publicis Groupe. Lise then joined Groupe Barrière as a Lead Buyer for Marketing and Services, where they were responsible for structuring expenditures, managing RFP procedures, and improving purchasing performance. Currently, since 2018, Lise is working at Essilor as a Europe Marketing Sourcing Manager.

Lise Massong received a Bachelor's degree in International Trading from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) in 2005. In 2006, they obtained a Master's degree in Organization's Management, with a specialization in International Purchasing, from the same university. Additionally, they completed an Erasmus Course at Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2005-2006, focusing on International Trade at the Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales.
