Paul Demaria currently serves as Chargé de la Restauration Siège at Barrière, overseeing 130 sales points across 33 casinos and 19 hotels in France and abroad since June 2023. Previously, Paul held the position of Directeur des opérations at Taster from April 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included managing operations and P&L for the French market, leading a team of over 100, and driving franchise growth. Paul launched an entrepreneurial project in the restaurant sector in 2019, which was halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Past experience includes serving as Directeur Multi Sites at HANK Restaurant, where Paul managed two vegan burger establishments in Paris, as well as leading points of sale for Areas France, and gaining operational insights at various esteemed establishments in the hospitality industry. Education credentials include an M.B.A. in Hospitality Administration/Management from Vatel Los Angeles and multiple relevant qualifications in culinary arts and hotel management.
