Mackenzie Acquaviva

Mackenzie Acquaviva is an experienced theatre professional currently serving as the Guest Services Manager at Barrington Stage Company since April 2024, after being promoted from the role of Box Office & Group Sales Manager. Mackenzie has a strong background in customer service and box office operations, previously working at Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble as a Stage Manager and overseeing patron services at Susquehanna University. In addition to managing front-of-house operations, Mackenzie has contributed to graphic design for production advertising and created engaging social media content to enhance visibility for the theatre department. Other roles include various box office positions at Weston Theater Company, company management fellow at Hangar Theatre, and earlier experience in retail and childcare. Mackenzie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Production & Design with a minor in Arts Administration from Susquehanna University.
