Chet Pai has extensive work experience in portfolio management and finance. Chet has served as a Portfolio Manager and Managing Director at Barrow, Hanley, Mewhinney & Strauss since December 2017. Prior to this, they worked as a Portfolio Manager at Whitebox Advisors LLC from August 2015 to September 2016. From June 2009 to August 2015, Chet worked as a Managing Director at White Oak Global Advisors, LLC. Chet also served as a Portfolio Manager at Highland Capital Management, L.P. from April 2002 to June 2009. Chet started their career as a Senior Analyst at Enron Europe Ltd from September 1999 to December 2001. Chet gained early experience through an internship at Ford Motor Company in June 1998.
Chet Pai pursued their Bachelor's Degree at The University of Texas at Austin from 1995 to 1999. During this time, they studied in the Business Honors Program of the Texas McCombs School of Business and also took courses in the Engineering-Route-to-Business program.
